- Configuration: Enterprise Architect guiding multiple system clusters. Each system cluster is led by a Cluster Manager and supported by a Solution Architect (SA), Product Owner(s) (PO), and dedicated Agile Teams.

- Enterprise Architect: Drives strategic foresight, technology radars, and inter-cluster standards across the enterprise portfolio.
- Cluster Manager: Owns formal line management, headcount funding, financial budget execution, vendor relationships, talent development, and PO reporting lines.
- Solution Architect: Owns technical system design, boundary definitions, tech stack selection, and interface contracts within the cluster.
- Product Owner(s): Own product backlog value, customer alignment, and feature prioritization, reporting hierarchically to the Cluster Manager.
